国内有个朋友本科学的遥感 现在开了个民用无人机的培训机构 现在中国的低空经济比较火 入行第一步就是考证 他是专门做CAAC无人机证的考试培训，过了之后能在三十多个国家用 现在有想着把这个技能跟各国的行业人才输送计划结合起来 比如考完这个证 走中澳人力资源输送这种渠道拿身份
美国不认这个证 但认FAA发的证
现在国内这个行业主要做应用端 搞培训 不做研发跟售卖 但美国skydio这个公司是研发个售卖都做 但是不培训 主要做b to b
美国好像就没什么教培行业 但这个行业过去十年是中国本科毕业生就业的三大行业之一
如果做AI for workers的话 这个无人机培训是最容易实现的 加上AR VR，因为AR VR的培训形式 跟去飞真的无人机几乎没差。实操的时候也要看屏幕 实际上跟打游戏差不多。

俱乐部的性质理解起来很简单，我来说个简单的叙事。 八个羽毛球爱好者，都是穷哥们，室内羽毛球场太贵了，好的羽毛球零售也不便宜，于是拉了个群。群主辛苦一点，主动包揽组织活动。每星期预约羽毛球场馆，囤羽毛球，买水，并计划打完后的夜宵。 作为群主，付出劳动，为集体降本增效，当然有些报酬，比如每次AA，买水，就不需要他出钱了，虽然实际上场地费分摊下来，他也就少付出十几块钱左右。
八个人都是活人，也有自己的工作和生活，交际活络一点，拉了更多同城爱好者入群，一起分担场地费和活动费，也因为人多能开展更多场羽毛球活动，作为群主更辛苦了，同样，群主锻炼了组织能力与扩宽了人脉。 渐渐地，羽毛球群人数变得庞大，群主不打球，光帮群友预约场地，组织参与人手，就得花费大量业余时间。顺便也有足够的频次，能在体育馆办年卡，每天用年卡省下的钱都超出群主的日薪了。
此时的群主就有稳定的现金流和客源尝试创业，卖点羽毛球用品，给群友做一对一陪练什么的。当然也没忘了之前的原始穷哥们，有的穷哥们有当教练的能耐，他帮忙介绍想陪练的富群友给人家挣外快的机会，还有些原始穷哥们得不到啥好处，生日时送给人家一张好拍子。 总之大家都很开心，群主获得更好的就业，穷哥们获得廉价精彩的羽毛球项目，那笔年卡省下来的现金流也没被私吞掉，以后开个店，或扩展更多的体育同好群，招揽客户什么的，用得到。
厉害一点真靠这个羽毛球群获得第一桶金，让群主做成了什么经理，还把几个务工不是很好的哥们给弄成工作人员，大家按劳分配，同工同酬，获得了更好的就业。未来做大做强，成了某体育用品经销公司或直接盖了个体育馆都行。 但如果没有获得第一桶金，没有做大做强，一直维持羽毛球同好群也很好，至少大家每个假期都可获得廉价精彩的体育活动。 俱乐部大概就这么一回事，没能帮赚钱，但至少在原子化的社会中，让你有契机再组织起来。
总之规模化集约化，还可以帮原子化个人节省社交成本。但是说实在的，这种团体得有黏性很强的核心活动，而且不能排外，不然稍微大一点规模就开始流失了

Q1. 要花多久?
A. 填表一天，过审一周（可以加急，一天过审、三天过审是不同的加急费用）。EIN网上填完表立刻可以拿到。
Q2. 要花多少钱?
A. 一年总共1000出头。加州填表70刀，加州税一年800刀（DC是两年一报，一次缴纳300刀）。

公司起步也可以直接填个人居民住宅住址，省去virtual office和registered agent租用费用
Q3. 可以unpaid吗?
A. 第一年OPT可以unpaid。

A.如果被check了，要证明工作内容和工时。
freelance work风险最低，unpaid volunteer work风险次低，完全不干活时间全拿来刷题找工风险高一点，但是可以把刷题做project包装作training，记录好，作为proof。

CPT (Curricular Practical Training) is for work or training outside of school that is similar to a class, but with more hands-on experience. A main part of CPT is having a supervisor who gives you regular tasks and checks your work. From what you told us, it doesn’t seem like your opportunity meets these rules.
Because CPT is granted at the discretion of the University (unique among U.S. work authorizations for foreign nationals), it is a target for Department of Homeland Security (DHS) scrutiny and enforcement, so we must be very careful in our issuance of this F-1 benefit.
As for Post-Completion OPT, F-1 student are permitted to have self-employment, but there is limited guidance in the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) regarding self-employment during F-1 Post-Completion Optional Practical Training (OPT) other than the standard requirement that the activities be directly related to the student’s degree.
Since the requirements for establishing a legal business entity is outside the area of immigration compliance expertise of IS Advisors and OGS, we must recommend you contact outside expertise on this matter. We would also recommend contacting an immigration attorney. A list of attorneys that students have used in the past can be found on the OGS legal resources website.

To further strengthen my technical foundation, I attended an intensive two-week Frontend Fundamentals bootcamp organized by OneCodeCamp. In Spring 2025, I served as a research assistant for Professor Leticia Bode, where I was responsible for academic website development and scholarly communication video production. As the project evolved, I expanded my skill set from front-end development to full-stack capabilities, integrating AWS and Cloudflare for hosting and implementing a Google Scholar–style multi-condition filter for research publications.
